What People's Say About Place

I know there's quite a few boba shops in the area, but T4 is quickly becoming one of my favorites! After being in a few times, I feel like I've now gotten a good feel for the place. The staff is always so incredibly sweet and personable, no matter who's working. They're seriously all the best! The prices are fair and if you go during happy hour (3-6pm) it's a STEAL! My drink always comes out fast, and it hits every time. So far I recommend their roasted oolong milk tea and lychee black tea! They also have some fun snacks, but I haven't had a chance to try any yet. The only downside is that the atmosphere lacks a bit. There's maybe 5-6 chairs that face a wall, so they're really best used for waiting and not so much for lengthy conversation. I'm a grab-and-go person though, so this doesn't affect my experience at all, just something to note! Definitely stop in and give them a try, I'll for sure be a repeat customer myself!

We've been coming here for a few months and love it. The prices are good, and the drinks are great! Some of the best Boba Tea around! The seasonal happy hour lured us in originally, but even without, it's still affordable as a treat! I love the Taro Milk Tea with rainbow jellies (light ice), and my husband loves the Grapefruit Royal Tea with rainbow jellies. The atmosphere is great, and the service is fast and accurate.

First time stopping in cause the $3 happy hour from 3-6 caught my eye! I don't get boba a ton but once in awhile I crave it and usually I'm disappointed that my drink has hardly any boba pearls. This place loaded up my drink without promoting and it's so delicious too. I got the snow globe that came with with 2 boba types and I love the textures and flavor. The staff were super friendly and quick with the order. Will definitely be back!! Thank you!

My son and I visited T4 for the first time today and we were impressed! I had the passion fruit smoothie with boba and cheese creama. It was fantastic! We also had the basil popcorn chicken and the fried tofu. Everything was delicious. The service was excellent and food came out pretty fast. I can't wait to try different flavors of boba and the other snacks too.

Amazing food, super friendly customer service, and a nice atmosphere! If you aren't sure about coming you definitely should.

We went during their happy hour, $3 drinks. Everything was really good and you can't beat the price. My kids loved their drinks too and asked me to post this review hahah.. they took the pics.

I've been to two other T4 places in Clackamas and Portland. This might be the best one yet! We always see the guy who works here in a good mood, and he does a good job at maintaining the place! The layout of the place was really cool and felt welcoming when we walked in. The basil chicken is soo good. The seasoning is really delicious, and my family liked it very much. This shop offers sweat and sour sauce and chili powder to add on to the basil chicken or calimari. It's a pretty big game changer, and I always end up refilling my little sauce cup lol. I do feel like the calimari was alright, the size was a bit big had about the same taste as the chicken, just a different texture. Overall amazing place to go to, bit pricey nowadays, but tastes amazing.

Delicious as always! Ballet chocolate is my favorite. Heads up, the interior is small (only 4 chairs), so plan on to-go.
